Gibson Les Paul Standard 50s Goldtop | 2006

This Gibson Les Paul Standard is an absolute incredible looking, playing and sounding guitar. Put it in Gold, and you have one of the most iconic guitars the music world has seen. This model was only produced for a limited run and intended only for certain geographic markets. However Gibson have lately manufactured a model with these specifications. 

The mahogany body has received no weight relief so this is a proper weighty Les Paul, meaning a thick sound with heaps of sustain. The neck is chunky, similar to a 50’s profile and sits very comfortably in the hand. The P90s are nice and round sounding and are much more delicate than your typical Burstbucker, when the volume is rolled off the guitar offers a great ‘vintage’ sounding thin tone but can really fatten up when driven.

The guitar is in great condition with only minor cosmetic impurities to the body.. There is a little dent on the top, which is zoomed in on one of the images. The OHSC is included and is in great condition. This guitar has received a professional set up at our store and is ready to rocknroll!
