Yamaha THR10C | Portable Guita Amp

Yamaha THR10C | Portable Guita Amp

INFO

The THR10C takes the personal amp concept to a new level of audio fidelity. The best simulated tube amps respond to the musician's every touch: dynamics and playing style influence the tone as much as the guitar and pickups. Thanks to Yamaha's exclusive VCM (Virtual Circuitry Modelling) technology, the THR10C perfectly recreates the unmistakable response and dynamics that only a boutique tube combo can deliver.

About this amp:
- 5 classic amp models, plus bass, acoustic and instrument modes.
- Can run on AC or battery power.
- Effects processing powered by Yamaha's signature VCM technology.
- Rated output: 10 W (5 W + 5 W)
- High-fidelity stereo and recording interface.

Yamaha's THR10C is a tabletop modeling guitar amp that simulates five different vintage amp types and offers a wealth of built-in effects. Unlike normal stage amps, the THR10C is intended for off-stage uses such as recording and practice. Equipped with a USB port, the amp can be used in conjunction with the computer for advanced guitar sound editing, recording and playback.

The THR10C is equipped with a 1/4" guitar input as well as a 1/8" aux input that can be used to connect your mp3 player for jamming with backing tracks. The two 3" full-range speakers are designed to accurately reproduce the stereo playback of the 1/8" input as well as the sound of your guitar without the need for additional speakers or amplification.

Designed to give you a variety of tonal options, the THR10C includes four built-in vintage guitar amp simulations including deluxe, class A, American blues, British blues, and mini presets. There are also three additional input modes including an acoustic-electric optimized setting, a bass optimized setting, and a flat response setting for clean input from non-guitar line sources.

The THR10C offers a selection of effects that make use of Yamaha's Virtual Circuitry Modeling (VCM) technology, designed to emulate yesterday's vintage analog gear in today's digital production environment. Effects include compression, phaser, chorus, chorus, flanger, tremolo, reverb and noise gate. In addition, the amp also features a tape echo simulation designed to faithfully reproduce this classic analog effect.

The THR10C can be connected to your computer via USB for a variety of advanced features. To further edit the amp's tonal characteristics and unlock additional effects and parameters, you can use the downloadable THR Editor

Come, try it and be amazed!
